"I broke my hearing aid and it was a six weeks waiting list"

I worked in a private school and to hear what is going on and to hear the children talk to me is really important.

I understand that the NHS is free but I broke my hearing aid and it was a six weeks waiting list so I went to Leightons in Haywards Heath. The NHS hearing aids that I had were difficult to wear and made a humming noise but my new digital hearing aids are great.

I would like to say the NHS hearing aids are alright but I must say how impressed I was when I got my hearing aid from Leightons and they are GREAT. Stuart Roberts was the gentleman who dealt with me and he knows what he is doing and talks you through very well.

I will not be without my hearing aids now.
